Within this project, Brunel contributes specialist knowledge in structural reuse, whole-life carbon assessment, and circular economy methods, supporting the co-development of teaching materials and training programs.

The British University in Egypt

The British University in Egypt is a pioneering higher education institution that delivers UK-validated degrees and fosters knowledge exchange between Egypt and the UK. With a strong focus on applied learning and industry collaboration, BUE brings local context and leadership to this project. The university plays a central role in embedding sustainability content into curricula, piloting new training activities, and engaging students and industry partners in Egypt.
